Introduction
Ongoing manga is a different beast from completed series. You're investing in something unfinished β and that means trusting an author to stick the landing while riding every high and low of an in-progress story. The manga that earns your weekly or monthly attention in 2026 has to be doing something genuinely special right now, not just coasting on legacy reputation.
This list covers manga actively publishing in 2026 with strong current arcs. It's weighted toward momentum β what's delivering right now, not just what has delivered in the past.
